Important Updates: Server and System Maintenance Upgrades & Trading Symbols Change

Dear Clients,
We are going to have a system upgrade for both Client Portal and MT4/5, which will not be accessible from 6 AM 09/03/2024 Saturday (Singapore Time) to 5 AM 11/03/2024 next Monday (Singapore Time).
Regarding how the funding request will be affected,
For Deposit:
- Local bank transfer with GT bank - submission of deposit request is prohibited after 1 AM SGT (Singapore Time), on Saturday 09/03/2024.
- Other auto-approved deposit - submission of deposit request is prohibited after 5 AM SGT (Singapore Time), on Saturday 09/03/2024.
For Withdrawal:
- All withdrawal requests (except for the 2 following methods, Dragonpay and Virtualpay) are prohibited after 1 AM SGT (Singapore Time), on Saturday 09/03/2024.
- Dragonpay withdrawal request is prohibited after 12 PM SGT (Singapore Time), on Friday 08/03/2024.
- Virtualpay withdrawal request is prohibited after this Wednesday 06/03/2024.
Deposit and withdrawal activities will resume normal operation upon the completion of system upgrade.
In the meanwhile, we will have a few symbol changes which might impact your trading strategies. We recommend reviewing your current positions and planning your trading activities accordingly to align with the symbol changes.
- There will be no more Suffix. Clients with open positions on Suffixes will see their positions with no suffix, e.g. XAUUSD.e or XAUUSD.p becomes XAUUSD. Historical orders will remain with suffix.
- There will be a name change for some symbols, e.g. WTI becomes XTIUSD. Historical orders will keep their old symbols.
- 3 symbols will be offboarded: ESP35, USOUSD, UKOUSD
